We offer a 30-day money back guarantee (minus shipping and handling charges) on any item.
All returns must be accompanied by your original receipt of purchase.
Manufacturing and Handling Time :
The items in the Sandpoint Store are custom created when you place an order. They are NOT mass-produced, and the normal turn around time is five working days from the day you place your order. If you need something sooner, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please please contact us if you need something quickly.
Shipping Policies:
We ship items using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Because our office hours are only during the week (Monday through Friday) your order will probably not ship out on the weekend. Sorry, we don't offer international shipping at this time. The shipping cost is based on the total cost of the items you order.
International orders for some of the books in the store can be placed through Amazon.com. If you are not in the United States and want to make a purchase, please contact us for more information.
S/H charges:
Shipping charges depend on how much your order weighs and how far you are from Sandpoint, Idaho. They are calculated automatically using information from USPS. We also add a $2.00 handling charge to pack everything up.
